Complete with casual dining area, breakfast bar, generous sofa seating, ceiling fan, cable TV, video and DVD player with remotes Phone with free calls to USA, Canada, UK and many other countries.

Quiet lounge 
With 3 large, comfortable sofas and music centre with remote

Formal dining area 
With French doors leading to Pool area.  These doors are alarmed for child safety.

Cloakroom to save those upstairs visits

Laundry complete with full sized washer and drier, ironing board and iron and pool towels.

Large games room 
Complete with ceiling fan, pool table, dart board, foosball, music centre with remote, seating and TV (with remote) and  X-box.

We include, free of charge, the use of a child’s stroller and high-chair.

To the rear of the house we have a fully enclosed patio area which includes:

4 sun loungers to catch those rays.
